Can UEC deploy on one machine with ubuntu9.10 of CC and others with ubuntu 9.04 of NCs??

Can UEC deploy on one machine with ubuntu9.10 of CC and others with ubuntu 9.04 of NC??
My machines with NCs do not support xmv so can not install KVM and have to install XEN ,
Furth more XEN do not support ubuntu 9.10.So I have to install unbuntu 9.04 on machines to install NCs .
One machine with ubuntu9.10 of CC and others with ubuntu 9.04 of NC,can they run?
