Hello to all Eucalyptus GURUS!!!

I recently installed the Eucalyptus Community Cloud version 2.0.3 at CentOS 5.5. I followed the installation procedure provided by this Web Site. But whenever I try to run an instance, no IP where assigned to the said instance.

Please HELP ME!!!!!
